The Venus of Willendorf is also known as the Woman of Willendorf. it is an 11.5 cm high statuette believed to be made between 24,000 BC and 22,000 BC. This statue is the first image to be made of the early woman. it is very unique and its purpose is speculative. It does show, though, the beginnings of a civilization where culture starts to show up.
