I believe war to be a form of technology. Countries use it the same way they use a computer or cell phone. If you want to call somebody, what do you do? pull out your cell phone and dial them up. What if you want to know the date President Ford was inaugurated? Get on your computer and "Google" it. Now, what if you wanted to destroy an enemy country and bring it to its knees. You would obtain a stronger military force then them and attack them with everything you've got. You see, war is used in the same way any other technological device is used, so how can it not be a technology?
